About Chateau Du Vieux Corbeau Winery
The winery building is situated to the right of the main Crow-Barbee House on the 27 acres farm and has approximately 5,000 feet of floor space. Besides featuring an underground wine facility, the winery boasts a tasting room and the “Vineyard Room”.
Underground is the true essence of the winery. Here is where Dominique conducts her symphony and composed her award winning wines. Fourteen feet down, the winery cellar remains a fairly steady 60 degrees all year.
