Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM)
This is a very light, gentle massage that works the lymphatic system rather than the muscles. It is used before and after surgery to reduce healing time and minimize scar tissue, to treat edema (swelling), to boost a sluggish immune system (reduce frequency of colds, allergy related sinus infections, etc.), and to improve the health and appearance of skin (rosacea, acne).

Uses advanced Neuromuscular Massage techniques within set protocols to relieve pain, increase range of motion, and improve recovery of soft tissue injuries. It is especially effective for

Deep Tissue Massage
Uses specific, therapeutic techniques with a medium to firm pressure to work both the muscles and the fascial tissue that supports them.
Deep tissue is an appropriate treatment for correcting imbalances in posture caused by repetitive actions, such as computer work, cycling, playing golf or tennis, etc. If you feel pain following a certain activity or that worsens as the day progresses, it is a good indication deep tissue massage would be beneficial.
Prenatal Massage
This massage is tailored to the specific considerations of pregnancy. Special support pillows allow you to lie comfortably on your belly to relieve back strain. Especially good for the relief of headaches, low back pain, sciatic nerve pain, swollen ankles and feet, stress and anxiety.
